Even when we’re have more experience as designers we must always be constantly evolving. So in my free time I like to create new product proposals that I use regularly.

This case study was intended to review the journey from the official app of the public bus service cards of São Paulo city.

The idea was to rethink and redesign the sign up flow and also how clients adds new credits in their cards, creating a journey focused on usability and improving the user experience.
